The staff was very friendly. They smiled often and were very courteous. I also enjoyed the food. I loved the flat screen TV and the way the partition divided the couch area from the bed in a cozy way. The parking should be validated however. I loved the shuttle service. ...read more

The hotel was right across the street from American Airlines Center which was convenient. However I payed for a room with two double beds and a separate bedroom because
